Each piece includes hand-finished work. Small differences in texture, line, embroidery, bead placement, and finish are part of that process.
Where do orders ship from?
In-stock pieces are dispatched from within the United States. Current shipping terms are listed on the Shipping page.
How long does dispatch take?
In-stock pieces are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Pre-order or specially arranged pieces use the timing confirmed before payment.
Will my phone fit?
Phone fit varies by case size. Review the listed dimensions and available gallery images before purchasing, or contact VARNA for guidance.
Can I request several coordinated pieces?

What happens when a piece is sold out?
When a restock is planned, the product page offers a waitlist option. A sold-out piece without a confirmed restock remains visible only where it helps explain the collection story.
